The Old Lancing Golf Society exists to bring together former pupils, staff, and friends of Lancing College through a shared passion for golf. Founded to continue the spirit of camaraderie and competition fostered at school, the Society provides a welcoming environment for golfers of all abilities to reconnect, play, and celebrate the game.
Each year, the Society organises a varied calendar of meetings and matches at some of the finest courses in the United Kingdom. Members compete for long-standing trophies, represent Lancing in traditional Old Boys fixtures, and enjoy the sociable blend of competition and fellowship that defines our gatherings.
Beyond the golf itself, the OLGS plays an important role in maintaining lifelong links between generations of Lancing alumni. Whether you left recently or decades ago, the Society offers an easy way to stay connected with old friends, meet new ones, and uphold the College’s spirit of sportsmanship and community.
With a proud history, an inclusive ethos, and a forward-looking approach to membership and organisation, the Society continues to thrive preserving Lancing’s golfing heritage while welcoming the next generation of players.
